We design and install electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for no upfront capital. We are paid directly by limited-time state rebates, federal tax credits, and your tenants (drivers pay-per-use). If you would like to provide this amenity at no cost to your tenants, we can provide you with a simple monthly payment option. In all cases, we will reimburse you for sub-metered electricity that is consumed.
