Design

We design the energy and technology systems to meet specifications and contracted performance outcomes.

Installation

We perform a turn-key installation and commission all systems. We handle all components of the project in accordance with local regulations and building codes.

Maintenance

We will repair or replace any systems that fail or are not achieving performance outcomes.

Savings and Payments

Upon systems commissioning, every month you pay a fixed payment that is less than the measured savings. We provide simple reports for the savings in your utility bill.

End of Contract Options

  • Renew the same terms but with a discount
  • Renew and increase system performance
  • Take over ownership and maintenance of systems, or
  • Request removal of systems
