Scope: The Lansburgh was built in 1991 and is located in the DC neighborhood of Chinatown. Citizen Energy retrofitted four hundred and eighty three (483) T12 and T8 fixtures with 13 watt LED lamps. Estimated minimum annual energy and maintenance savings of $14,000. Citizen Energy also obtained and processed a rebate of $4,800.
